Hippity Hoppity Easter's on its way...

We took Brinley to see the Easter Bunny yesterday. Poor baby fell asleep on the way there. She was sound asleep until right before I set her in the bunny's arms. She looks rather bewildered in the shot. I was a bit annoyed because the workers at the mall were so busy with their personal conversations that we had a hard time getting them to help us. We also seriously underestimated the creepiness of the bunny. Oh well she looks cute...

Visitors and other random thoughts

We love it when people come over to see Brinley. We are such proud parents that it is fun for us to show off what she has learned since the last time they have been there. I am trying to remember to take more pictures when people come over but I still have pregnancy brain so it doesn't happen very often. Brinley loves it when her Nana and Papa come by to see her. I appreciate that my parents take time out of their busy schedules to just stop by to give her a hug and a kiss. It is a different experience for them to actually have a grandchild minutes away instead of 4 hours away.

We bought Brinley this little gym the other day. She loves it! I love sitting on the floor with her and watching her play. She amazes me at the new things that she can do every day.

She is also learning to sit in her bumbo. She will only tolerate it for a few minutes at a time but she gets better at it every day.

She also found her hands recently. When she first discovered them she would just stare at them in amazement. Now she has figured out what they are best for... sucking on.
